Roxy's Renovations & Design LLC ("Roxy's Renovations", "we", "us", "our")

1. Who Sends These Messages

The RoxyPM text messaging program on +1 (678) 716-1187 is operated by Roxy's Renovations & Design LLC, a renovation contractor based in Marietta, Georgia, serving the Atlanta area. Roxy's Renovations & Design LLC is the sender of every message in this program. RoxyPM is the project management platform it uses to send and receive those messages.

Messages may begin with "RoxyPM" or "Roxy's Renovations". Both identify the same sender: Roxy's Renovations & Design LLC.

2. What You Will Receive

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring transactional and customer care text messages from Roxy's Renovations & Design LLC about project scheduling, estimates, appointments, and project updates (project notifications). This program is not used for marketing blasts.

Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. How to Opt In

You can opt in to this program in any of these ways:

Text START. Text START to +1 (678) 716-1187. You will receive a confirmation that you are opted in, with the message frequency, rates, and HELP and STOP instructions.
Text us first. Text +1 (678) 716-1187 with a request or question. An inbound text is consent to receive replies about that request.
Tell us or write to us. Give verbal or written consent when you request an estimate or during a consultation, after we have told you the message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, how to use STOP and HELP, and where to find these terms and our privacy policy.

4. How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, and OPTOUT work the same way. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply START at any time to resubscribe.

5. Help

Reply HELP (or INFO) to any message for help. You can also email admin@roxysrenovations.com or call (470) 641-7953.

6. Privacy

We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
