Frequently asked questions.
What makes RoxyPM different from Buildertrend or CoConstruct?
Built by an active residential GC running $2.5M+ a year, not by a software company guessing what builders need. Twelve portals included from day one: client, designer, sub-bidding, sub-worker, vendor, plus public contract sign, public pay, finish packages, and review request. AI estimate builder, voice-to-estimate, voice daily logs from the truck. AIA G702/G703 pay applications, lien waivers, NDAs, and sub agreements all generated from project data. Bilingual EN/ES throughout. No annual price hike.
What types of contractors is RoxyPM built for?
Residential GCs, multi-family builders, specialty trades (40 trade profiles preloaded: electricians, plumbers, HVAC, painters, flooring, concrete, landscaping, and 32 more), real estate investors, and remodeling companies of any size. Each buyer type has its own walkthrough on this site.
How does the AI estimating work?
Talk into your phone, paste a client text, upload a voicemail, snap a photo, drop a PDF. The AI pulls scope and pricing from your own pricing book and past jobs, drafts the estimate, you review, you send. Branded PDF, client e-signs from their phone.
Can I use RoxyPM in Spanish?
Yes. The whole platform is bilingual EN/ES from day one. Crews, subs, and customers can use the language they prefer.
How much does RoxyPM cost?
$199 a month for the Standard plan, $499 a month for Professional. Both include 14 days free with full access. Cancel anytime.
Can I run RoxyPM from my phone?
Yes. The whole app is mobile-first. Voice daily logs, photo-tagged punch lists, mobile invoicing, and time tracking are built for the truck, not the boardroom. The PWA installs to your home screen and works offline; everything runs in any modern mobile browser.
What does RoxyPM replace?
Most contractors stop paying for: Buildertrend (or JobTread), QuickBooks for invoicing (keep it for accounting), DocuSign for legal e-sign, CompanyCam for job photos, and a scheduling tool like Calendly. The math is usually $400 to $700 a month before counting the time saved on data re-entry between five logins.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Per-tenant data isolation at the database level (every query is scoped to your tenant id and verified by the auth middleware). HTTPS only. Sensitive credentials (Stripe keys, Square tokens, SMTP password, Twilio token) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, separate from your business data. Tenant-controlled credentials for SMTP, Twilio, Stripe, Square, and QuickBooks. We never sell or share your data.
