Getting Started

New to RoxyPM? Start by selecting your trade type in Settings — the system auto-configures scope areas, phase templates, and task lists for your specific business.

Common Questions

How do I add team members?
Settings → Users → Add User. Standard plan includes 4 seats, Professional includes 10.

How do I set up my email?
Settings → Company → SMTP Email. Enter your email provider's SMTP settings for branded emails.

How do I create an estimate?
Estimates tab → New Estimate. Or use AI: upload room photos and AI generates a detailed scope and estimate.

Can my subs log in?
Yes — create a sub in the Subs tab, then generate a Crew Portal login. They get their own mobile-friendly dashboard.
